I have the same issue, exept the response i got from support was:  Hello,

After reviewing your purchase and account, it appears that you already received the 400 Ncoins. If you still need assistance, please reply to this ticket and let us know.

Nope, it's not even f***ing close to being solved, i am still missing my NCoins!

They said they wanted to let me know that they are working on my ticket and that they'll try to find a solution and will keep me updated. It's been over 6 hours, couldn't they have just gone and just added my missing NCoin to my balance and have my ticket done with?

 " try to find a solution" LOL, there is no TRY, they are bound by law here to either reimburse the cash or complete the order......in full,

this is a terrible CS response and making them look so amateur.

It really is such an easy issue to fix, unless ncsoft is employing a team of mentally handicapped people, I am pretty sure this is just clear proof people that don't primary speak English are answering all the tickets and if there is not a cookie cutter answer to paste we wait in limbo till someone that can actually comprehend and respond properly to the problem is forced to deal with it.

They can check our transaction history, see when it was made, see no coin in our slot, and no record of anything bought with said missing coin because we have yet to actually receive it. It is not rocket science, their store was glitchtastic yesterday and anyone who didn't know and redeemed a code got their coded eaten but 0 points added. This is issue has hit several people, and yet we still can't get a real response from anyone other then saying hold out for the non English speaking support that will run us in another circle for 24 hours.

The funny part is I might have bought even more points today, but screw that since this appears to be their policy for really bad glitches like this one. As is I would like my 1600 coins I paid for a day ago now so I can actually buy the item I wanted to buy, think I earned that right seeing how you have taken my 20 dollars.

They respond asap to my request to wait 12 hours. Now that its past that time no support is in sight. I know they see the ticket and the support team is actually really fast at responding. Personal experience has shown that they respond in little as 5 minutes for multiple tickets. Yet.... now that I ask for a refund for the money ain't no one showing up. 100% sure we will receive no compensation for this even after we get our well deserved Ncoin and for this fact alone I will never spend money on a ncsoft game again. Failing at the most basic function of servers when I purchased the premium membership, which wasted it completely. Now to this where I cant even add a character slot is just to much fail for me to handle. This message isn't hate or agenda driven, I'm just laying out the basic facts. Why allow people to purchase Ncoin if something is wrong and how hard is it to just look at the transaction to readd it to the account when you have time to respond to a ticket?

This is what I've been saying to my pals from the get-go: NCSoft has a great history of screwing up. Think back to the days when Lineage2: C1 sources leaked. And then every other Chronicles. B&S has been expected years ago. It has arrived now, with dated visuals, not so great controls, a long-winded story one can find in every other Wushu movie... So where have the years of work gone to?

This is only proving me right.

I just received the same reply 2 mins ago... and I submitted the ticket this morning around 8:30 am eastern time. Seems like they're responding to tickets xD..................... please fix the issue!!!!!!!

SO i come back from work this hasn't been solved for an entire day. This is getting kind of ridiculous, it shouldn't be that hard for a in game mod to just give out the coins to ppl on their client or whatever. Seems like they respond to bug reports quick but cash shop seems to be "complicated".

 

I'm not mad per say just irritated, that it takes this long on "cash shop". Not exactly good business planning

I've also received the same generic "trying to find a solution, thank you for patience" email as everyone else. I followed up immediately with this reply.

(and yes, I have dispensed with pleasantries because of the frustration and annoyance).

Really quite telling theres no one on dev team or any office member that can come to this thread and let us know if, actual English speaking people that understand the issue has even heard our complaint yet, would be nice to know if your actually doing anything about this, this is embarrassing on your part, again I want to point out, a few days ago I posted in the middle of the am night hours expecting no reply at that time about the ncoin limit blocking me from buying, instantly got a fluent English speaking rep that made sure that issue got cleared up instantly cause hey, money money money am I right.

But for this issue we get the run around mixed with the silent treatment, a real issue that is actually an urgent matter, but for over 24 hours no one could be bothered to take a look at their own forums or tickets.  Nice to know despite pumping money into your games for years I nor is anyone else here is apparently worthy of a legit response.

Check your point balance everyone, my coins just now showed up out of nowhere, no response from anyone in tickets or on here, but someone is reading it and doing something now, so thank you for doing the right thing. Wish you could be more efficient at it, or at the very least give us better responses to let us know what is going on.
