ToE Daily quest

I have a problem finding the ToE Daily quest

i can't find it anywhere,did i do something wrong?

After you finish the chapter 2 storyline you get sent back to Yehara's Mirage and you pick up a few blue quests there. Among them, there's one given to you by a soldier that sends you to check up on his comrades at the tomb, and after you turn in his quest to an npc outside the tomb, the daily becomes available.
