Dungeon bug that NEEDS to be fixed!!!! PLEASE

I am not really sure if there is a topic for this yet or not but I just wanted to put this out there!!!! I am getting sick and tired of this stuck in combat bug....especially inside of Blackram Supply Chain. I have had so many groups fall apart because of getting stuck in combat with no way of getting out of the first boss area. The whole group will even use the escape function, but for some reason we will get up on the first cliff then the second we go to get to the other cliff we drop from the air because of being pulled into combat from nothing, or can not run/jump from the ground because as soon as we enter the boss area we are pulled back into combat. It is very annoying and it needs to be fixed....please!
