Advice shield

I just hit lv 45 . I took the moonwater shileld but can someone tell me what is the best end game shiled ? The blackram supply shield or moonwater arena shiled ?

Also siren belt is the best ? and what it means that bonus : heal+.. ?

I,m no expert but a lot of place seems to say that any class ( no matter what ) should go for Crit. 
I dunno if it's true or not, but many website says soso.. Hp + crit seems to be best..  But I heard it from website and other player!! that not from me.
