Hi guys i have a problem with lags or something like high ms in blade&soul from yesterday . Everything was fine to sunday 07.02.2016 and i could play in bns without problems in arena and others. Now i have a lags and fighting vs mobs in 43 lv is difficult to me with that coz its so hard to counter or do something . I spar with 1 man in arena and he said he have lags too but im not sure which type of lags that was . I looking for help .

And here we are.. few weeks after launch and they still can't fix stupid server. Actually with every maintenance they make list of things that didn't work grows. 1st it was just insane quoe, now that this was cleared market is broken and if you try to change pages you will eventually get error message that page cannot be loaded and now it's *cricket*in unplayable due to lag, which is consequences of stretching servers to the max to reduce quoe, FFS what's the point of even getting ito game if it's unplayable. And they think of making it e-sport. Laughable. E-sport needs stable, laggless servers. What we have here is not even close.

 

As for writing to support it's just waste of time. Remember users it's always your fault. You can have light fibre connection 200mb/s transfer but it's still your fault. And doesn't matter if you can play chinese version without lags or ther games doesn't lag, it's always problem on user side. Real bullshit!!! Hopefully enough pplz will get bored and leave for server to regain stability in few months or year if this game will live that long under this shitty management.

I really appreciate NCSoft for releasing the game in EU and stuff but..

Come on the game is starting to be messed up with the lag issue...

Please thread a post at least to inform players about the issue.

I regret buying Premium Membership.

The game before it was released in EU and NA seemed incredible.

But after a few days the game was released, lag started in the game and now it is imposible to even move when killing Poharan and arena.

i feel like the game in EU is so messed up..

Dw they will delete this thread soon enough. Mine about lags on Eu server Wild Springs was on forum for 15 min before it was deleted.

 

And they wanna promote this game as e-sport when they cannot even fix server lag. Laughable.

Actually every maintenance is worse, number of buggs and laggs only increse. Hopefully in a year game will be playable if it live that long under this management, which is doubtful. And will be playable only cause servers will be empty enough, cause can't count on NcSoft to fix it, they can break it sure, but fixing? forget it.

They always treated EU as 2nd class citizen,  so why surprise?

File repair doesnt help ... still laging so hard . Its something like i press right mouse button and my hit works with 2 second delay . Its so annoying because i thanked God that i dont need to play league of legends ever more coz of bns and now bns is unplayable .

Hey guys, I would like to report that I've been experiencing freezes and lags as well since that date. I know that many more players experience the same but the support doesn't want to acknowledge this. We would appreciate a solution to this as the game is becoming unplayable. And I'm sure this is a server side problem, definitely not something on my part. I'm playing on Starfall Crater /Eu/. Please no more excuses that it's the players' fault. FIX. THIS.
