NA servers, High latency in Arenas/Cross server dungeons

I'm having the exact same issue. I can play fine in dungeons if I go through their open world portals but if I go through the cross server I'm getting massive lags with massive pings until I get a dc.

Ye as already stated this is an EU issue aswell and it NEED to be fixed asap.. And its not only cross dungeon and arena, even tho its not as bad even openworld ping suffers...

Same here on EU. 230-300ms in cross server dungeons. Blocking/evading on time gets trickier. Open world I have 50ms ping, so it's not a routing issue or anything, seems to be coming directly from NCsoft servers setup when handling cross server.

it's not even cross server only anymore, im getting 200+ ms everywhere in the game :( I want to love this game but it's unplayable with this latency.
