cant purchase Ncoins

• So recently i used serial code for purchase 1600 Ncoins online, after I submit on the website, it says some went wrong with our end, after I refresh the website the code said it been used, but I still not receive my Ncoins, so where's my Ncoins?

I cant purchase with paypal or credit card either, so I go to amazon to buy code, it doesn't seem working either. sigh

I just bought ncoins from amazon too and got the same thing. The in game store is down so they probably have some issue with the whole thing, no staff replied to any of this yet.
