Merge the new servers

Instead of having the 4 new servers make it 2. Its underpopulated... I play in Dochun server and we can't even do blackwyrm or ogres. I cannot form parties without using cross server option. The world is so small I see the same exact people doing dailies. Faction chat even though you guys fixed the spammers is dead, there is 0 people chatting and about 3 people chatting in faction chat at peak times. 

 

NCSOFT please merge them!!
