Arena netcode needs to be changed

Scrubs in arena is using lag to keep themselves from being hit. It feel like trying to lag shoot in mech warrior 2. Playing an assassian i pull off the counter then spam leftclick to stun them but i spend the next 2 seconds chasing a ghost around i cant hit! They are clearly in range but pushing the left mouse button doesnt do anything while they run circles around me. it's very frustrating to lose a match like that cause it's not being outplayed it's just a noob using an exploit. If you guys could fix it to more of a FPS style where if they are in range on your screen you can still hit them taking away the lag exploit.
