Lag spikes all over the place on EU

[Travesty]

Im connecting from Poland to EU server which is supposedly located in Germany, around 3 days ago it was still fine but started getting worse slowly, until today it became totally unplayable, However only on EU server, when I tried playing on NA everything was alright, which clearly means its not my fault. I dont want to play on NA because my EU char is already 45 and very well geared etc. 

I know Im not the only one with this issue but I find it kinda annoying that there's no response from any staff members regarding this problem, I play other games too and it's always fine, ping below 100 on various FPS/MMORPGs and besides it used to be fine here too, so whats wrong? Is anything going on that can fix it? Is anyone working on it?
