Help to install BnS

Help me please. i can't even install Blade and Soul. . 
downloaded the BnS Lite Installer.. and after that when launching the client an error occurs . . 
and i don't know what to do. 
usually when you double click a icon i will appear. or run. but for this game it doesn't run
