what is the blademasters new abilites ?

i see a blade call coming from lightning draw, is that a level 50 ability to come or is it hongmoon ability ? and what?

 

also heard we will get a block that makes us immune to cc for 6 sec if we parry , is all this stuff for lvl 50 or is it hongmoon skills
