Hajoon server has seriuos lag problem!!!!

As the topic!!! SERIOUS LAG problem!!! no matter on dungeon or any channels have the same insane LAG problem!!! I am pretty sure that my internet is fine. My  download speed is 104 MBPS and upload is 28.82MBPS. And, some of people say that it is the ISP problem.  Can anyone help me with it?

I had huge lag (Taywong) after about halfway through a dungeon about 30 min ago. Still lagging and my internet is fine. Not sure what's happening.

Lagging here as well (iksanun) my fps is min 60 and my internet is fine.
