Why can't I change my email?

As the title says. I'm trying to change my email, but the option to change it isn't anywhere near where it's suppose to be.

Would anyone have any insight?

Imagine if someone hacked your account and....changed your email.

Your whole account is based on your email.

Im aware, I did just get hack earlier and I'm trying to take steps to prevent it.

up top right see your little profile pic with your name next to it 

click the down arrow then account settings the option to change email is there

though, that's just the forum settings right?

 

would think you need to login to your account on ncsoft.com

Good question honestly I am not sure as I have not had issue or need to change my email.

I do think that since you are clicking on My Account and all NCSoft games and forums use a master account

that it would be your account email you are changing not forums email since you create a single account to access everything.
