I was wondering if could use a PING Software tool? Yes or no.

>.<, I really having bad internet connection or bad lags during PVP which is the cause my of loss. I can't make the full speed Heart Stab + Lighting Crush Combo.  I read some forums and blog that Ping Software tools could make less bad lag during the game.
