Chapter 40: Tomb of the traitors.

I died and respawned and it took me outside of the dungeon back to the start. Now i cant get back to the  dungeon because i was taken their  through a cutscene and theres no option outside of it to take me there. Does anyone know how to get back? (chapter 40: tomb of the traitors quest)
