Game crashes

Everytime i try and continue the chapter 8 quest that says to go in the bandit hideout the game freezes crashes and doesnt give me any option to report the crash, this is really making me frustrated bc ive reinstalled the game 2x hoping itll fix it but nothings happening. i just want to play this game because i actually like it...
