Soul Shield Query

I read online that soul shields are random.

 

Is it the type, the stats on the same shield or the numbers of the stats on the same shield? Like unsealing 2 shield part 6's will get different ones in some way.

i believe the base stat will always be the same.  for example if you pick up a strawman mindless block soul shied, the stat will always be block.  but the number will be higher or lower depending on your luck.  kinda like in diablo 2 where the unique items will have the same bonuses but the numbers can sometimes range a little bit.  

so if you unseal two part 6s.  the only difference will be the number bonuses.

I just noticed, the Sacrifice Soul set isn't listed. So I used a couple of precious unsealing tokens to confirm. They are random.
