Falling Forever Glitch?

I was on my way to complete Chapter 11, and I went through the tunnel to reach the Gloomdross Forest. Before I could enter GLoomdross, at the portal the floor disappeared, and your character just starts falling and falling. Nothing could get you out of it, so I feel for a good 5 minutes.

Yep I just got the same bug and I tried everything I could and i'm still in the "Falling forever glitch" it's so annoying...
