Deva Bangle Glitch

I need a GM to help me asap. There is a glitch in the Deva fortune wheel. The Deva bangle does not drop. I have been trying it for a week now and I have an inventory stacked with every other weapon including the warlock's weapon and no bangle. The bangle is glitched and does not drop from the chest. Please send a deva bangle to my account so that I can upgrade my weapon or make some other way to obtain this item. This glitch is very annoying and it is preventing me from leveling further in the game.

Got it today after I burned like 30 essences, there was a tip somewhere to unequip your weapon before spining and opening chests, did so before even attempting to get the weapon, that said maybe you're buigged.

And the bangle dropped? I've used up so many essences trying to get it. Maybe it has a super low droprate

All weapons have the same 12.5% chance to drop, try sacrificing some chickens or even a goat to the rng gods.
