(HELP) Cannot use Deva Wheel Of fate

Hi,

 

For some reason I cant activate the wheel of fate, I got 25+ pieces of stones with me.. is there any prequisite needed before im able to use it?

FYI: It says to press F key to activate it but i tried it several time and nothing happened (im pretty sure that i was alone so nobody else is suing it) anyone had the same problem or know how to resolve it?

Make sure there is nothing in your overflow inventory.

Hi, i have the same problem. Is the owerflow inventory something else as a an regular inventory(the one that appears when i pres "I") ?

Yes, it shows up down along the bottom right as a box, like next to your mail icon.
