When i logging in to the launcher i get this error message: Login failed. Please try again in a few minutes. (10)

But later i get this error message when i enter verification code sent to my email after logging : System error. Please try again. (42) or (49)

Due to suspicious activity, this account has been locked.

 

How fix it? :(

What did you do to your account? Hack? Spam?  Botting? If you keep spamming in chat, youre most likely be reported for spamming . But other than that idk. I never broke any BnS's term of service. I always follow their ToS. Did you try to send ticket to support and explain to them why your account has been locked? Sucks tho. Hope you get your account unlocked. Good luck.

No, I was just playing with my girlfriend and we just copied between each other, I did not commit any act that would violate the rule.

It's probably lock due to attempt failure count. Most places has fail attempt limited from 3 to 5 retries. If you fail to log in as a result, it will be lock, hence your account message. You will have to send in a ticket to get it resolve sadly.
