Outfit disappeared.....The "Scarlet Shade"

I bought the Scarlet Shade outfit a while ago.... and I just noticed that I do not have it........ I was able to store it in the wardrobe, so I know I didn't delete it because every time I change my outfit I store the old one in the wardrobe. But yeah it's just gone, like it disappeared. Does anyone know what happened ???

Did you ever get your outfit back?  I am still missing mine.  I am now asking for a refund of my Ncoin.
