Yeah, good luck though. It's in Tomb of Exiles, the big room with the door on the side. You need to open the door with the lever on the statue and go in, there's a chance of three different things. A lot of small spiders, 2 of those dog guys and a big spider boss. The last one is what you want and he's rare enough as is, it's not a 100% drop rate so expect running it a ton of times if you're unlucky. I've yet to see it drop.

Oh, nice. I've seen it like 2 out of 10 =( If you want to farm it, hit 45 and clear everything fast up to that point. That's what I do.
