Necklace of Channeled Chi

So I was running the Tomb of Exile the other night and it dropped a class specific accessory named the Necklace of Channeled Chi.  Everything about this drop suggests that it should be better than the Hongmoon upgradeable piece towards the start of the game as it has a base sell of 3bro as oppose to 1, but all I get is a HP upgrade.  I found a couple screenshots of Korean version showing having an increase to crit damage and crit %, does anybody know what's up with this in the NA?

I sure hope that its a bug, because this necklace suppose to have Critical damage 20%+ 


Hope they will fix it soon cuz I need it for my FM's Build .____ .
