Game is not loading.

This happened for me first time - never got this issue before.

When I try to launch a game through launcher, I can see only Gameguard logo running, though no BnS logo and game simply not loading.

I have tried to run it directly by using client.exe - didn't help.

Tried to repair files - also the same.

Also no error or any crash messages on launch.

 

Any ideas?

 

I dont think its the Razer issue - been using Synapse and Naga since headstart and didn;t had any problems runing the game.

That aside... another downtime - inability to play - another occasion without refund for premium people.

Seriously though... NCSoft is worse than Ubisoft or EA.

I am having the same issue for NA on both Windows 7 and Windows 8.

donno if it was randomly timed or had anything to do with it.

I just switched to run as admin and got right in.

Transelation= BnS by Bloodlust doesn't work anymore, you can search online for a solution or close the programm.

This same thing is happening to me. Tried running as admin like the person above me but I still can't get it to open. It just force closes itself

Keep getting the same problem and if the game starts, after two minutes I get the "4044" error...

Just reset your Internet explorer memory and make it never remember anything, then the AH problem should be solved !

I set compatibility mode to windows 8 and ticked the box for run as admin, it worked..

I want to report that i have the same issue, and also that it was working less than 8 hours ago cause that was when i logged out.

 

Edit: tryed compatibility mode and running it as administrator, does not make a difference.

Having the same issue here. Was enjoying the game until it crashes when I was reading a quest book. Now the client doesn't launch after gameguard does its thing.

Yes mine as working 2 hours ago before I got off to watch Simulcasts then it stopped working.

Same.. I log into the game, 2 seconds and the white screen when you log off appears and closes the game. Then 4044 error.

me too lol, I thought my pc gone crazy and I was about to start to restart the pc, razer services etc etc etc....
