Character stuck under the world

As titled. My character, picofox on Ebon Hall EU is stuck "falling" inside the wall in the entry-cave leading down to Stark Workshop in Hogshead Farmland.

 

Since im falling up and down I cant use Windstride. Relogging doesnt work either and since I dont actually fall all the way to the bottom I dont die so cant use that as a way of recovery. HALP!

Write to suport they will write you back with saying file repair and it fix nothing  :)    Try change channel. On top of the map.  Still this is most likely RIP cause they cant help you :D Game over start again try again please ..............

Yeah I wrote to support - no response yet... already repaired.. did nothing...  cant switch channel because im moving.. :D!

Does the "escape" option (when you press the ESC button in the menu the top right option) work even if you falling?

Change channel don't do anything, I have the same pb and the solution is to close & restart BnS

already restarted bns and the escape thing doesnt work since im in movement..

 

edit: Escape worked now somehow...!
