Survey Reward quest

Hello, I started a new character today and cannot get pass level 1 because of the survey reward msg stopping me continuing my main quest. please help/fix. Thanks

I'M STILL STUCK AT LEVEL 1 WITH A SURVEY QUEST REQUIRE LEVEL 4 TO COMPLETE, AND CANNOT GET PASS MAIN QUEST CHAPTER 7: PROVING GROUND.

 

UNABLE TO CONTINUE PLAYING THIS GAME ANYMORE...

You're level 1. That is an instant delete and start over. I could see this for over level 15 where it takes 7 days to delete. But at level one you should just be able to delete, remake, and go again.

I tried doing that on several characters and still encounter the same problem. i don't know why.

This would be technical - in game. We can't do much to help with bugged quests such as that.
