NCLauncher Freeze after the patch/maintenance 2/4/16

Curious question and posted here for this problem. I am having trouble launching the game or getting into the game after 2/4/16 update.

I can't get past the NCLauncher phase, as it freezes and says the program is not responding. . . I have attempted to wait 1-2 hours for it to respond and nothing occurred. I have also re-downloaded the launcher and the game itself sorta. Anyways this is the picture. I don't know why, but ever since the server maintenance or w/e that happened 2/4/16 1:00 pm PST, I have been getting this problem and I don't see a way to play the game with this problem being unresolved.

 

Edit: I have restarted my computer. . . I have uh re-opened the program about 20~ times to see if it would run in any of those attempts (but has not of course, that's why I finally came to the forums to post this).

my just closes after i hit play and nothing happens. Kind of the same problem. Something is wonky after the last patch.

Nvm, the problem somehow managed to fix? I don't get how it did, but it is working now. . . After like 3-4 hours
