Suggestion: Have GMs monitor faction chat.

As the title mentions I'm here to ask if it's possible for NCsoft's staff to monitor what's being said in faction chat as currently there's a ton of racism and profane language going on in there. I am well aware that there's a profanity filter that one could turn on (but that doesn't help against the things these people say) or that you could turn off the faction chat completely, but I don't believe players should have to do this to play in a more clean environment. I'm fairly sure that NCsoft doesn't support profane language nor racism so I hope something can be done.

Faction chat is critical for getting organized in wpvp. I completely ignore it because it is cancer with all of the spammers. I don't have time in the middle of a fight to constantly be blocking people so I can see the chat.

I am certain there is more that could be done to allow faction chat to flourish and moderating it is a great first step. Get on it.
