Lag - is that my wooden pc trouble?

and quess what... cant play this game, in combat lags, no matter what resolution or detail settings

 

my pc spec

i5 2400, 8GB RAM, GTX960 4GB, 80/20MB internet connection

 

what i can do to play nicely this lovley game?

I have my graphics all at 1 everything disabled and have the box "Optimize for Low-end PCs" checked. I get a stable 25-30 and can enjoy the game even though it looks like poo. Have you tried that?
