blade and soul yonkai excavation crash

When i go near yonkai excavation in the scorching sands i get crashed and bns crash report comes up i dont have razer chroma driver and my memory is fine i can go anywhere but not yonkai excavation i tried restarting my pc but i still crash my main missions and bunch of side missions are there so i cant just not go there please help
