yea apparently its maintenance. Like lol where on earth does it say its maintenance?

 

Also i use razor gear too bro. It kinda sucks having the software deleted.....because of one game....compared to the other games that work fine. I mean take a page from the other games? 

 

Its not how they do it its when. If the game is launched it should be NOW. Kinda annoying. Devs are okay at this. They try to give info. But what the people need is not to be scattering all over forum to find an information that could have easily been put in the news feed section of blade and soul homepage. 

 

Seriously that have the worst PR team in the world lol

I am not familiar with forums....what other games do you play that required you to go to forums to find the information. Yea its a free to play game. so what? people still can pay to play for extra perks so actually its not free for some if you choose to play this game. So basically because the game said its a free to play game its the responsibility of the customer to be deleting gaming softwares such as razor? You do know their security system is also used in many other gaming companies such as FLYFF? Never had that problem before with them. Also how come every other free to play games makes maintenance an obvious thing. I dont know about you but everyone in forums has a majority complaining and usually i dont complain on forums but Ive never needed to log into forum pages to find information. Also they have maintenance every week?! Okay lets say the maintenance is okay only 4hours a day its fine plus its smoother gameplay and gametime for players. Nope! every update or maintenance = another problem that they have the DEVS have no answer to. This game is what officially 3 weeks old in the EU server? How many problems? lets count:

1) razor doesnt sync apparently due to their security system....

2) Disconnections

3) randomised locks on accounts and bans which are then released after further investigation

4) Crashes and constant game freezes. 

 

Yea its just come out bla bla. But realistically this gaming company NCSOFT is an experienced gaming company that has had the blade and soul servers in other countries for a longer period of time so they actually shouldnt be having basic problems. 

 

Also this is directed at you "DoomToWin" This isnt a cry spam. I didnt say anything to you or about you instead of hating what others say ever think about the fact that this could really affect their game play? Whats the point have a £3500 gaming computer with gaming accesories worth over £1000 when apparently blade and soul doesnt work? Every other game works and its not a spam Ive never needed to go onto forums. You can easily just re direct someone.

 

Also Levi news sections? Many people dont know about this but news section doesnt state a 4 of February maintenance only Mushin tower so I dont know where.

 

 If i am looking at it all wrong then re-direct me dont insult people.

Yep still do. Its just weird because their maintenance team replied to me saying it was the fault of their security software but actually that security software service Nguard i think its called...is used in many many games such as FLYFF. I didnt need to uninstall my razor software then.

Well im also using a Razer mouse what means i am also using Razer Synapse.

I played the game a week back (i basically created a character, watched the first scene and closed it)

 

So it worked fine.

Today i tried it but like the problem above:

As soon as i entered my 6-digit pin the error comes up so  dont think its a problem with the Razer Stuff for this..

like every multiplayer online game ?

u just complaining before looking dude i just say the facts and ofc redirect u to see there is no problem u just have to w8 till its over and then the servers will be back on

Not every but a fair majority. Maybe its me.  I dont mean to be rude its just uncomfortable not knowing whats wrong with things.

 

Thanks for the heads up will check the news and announcement feed from now on But do you see how many many people might not know? I understand the people who do know say why the complaints? But its becasue we dont know and no one has told us.
