Lost 78g in a bid war cause my game crashed????

got a weird error code like 11100 with another set of numbers there was 3 seconds left on the bid and i had it but i got the error relogged to find that i dont have the item or my gold????? this is unreal

Sorry for your loss. You should contact them via customer support to try to resolve this issue  i think they aren't going to handle this over the forum

it was a cross-server bid war over the moonwater recipe from brightstone

not sure what it costs in other servers but the other people bidding (that weren't with me) bid it to 70 so i went to 78

o ok, i thought thats what it might be but unsure since it's around 35g now in cho due to bots, was 65+ less than a week ago

yeah i've realized everythings been selling much cheaper lately masterhong soulstones early in the day today were 20 silver..... so running out of ways for easy money and just went semi-broke cause of this crash issue :L so hopefully everything gets worked out oddly enough no one in the dungeon got a share of the gold i bid as well  (my bad for any/grammar issues it's 6:55am lol)
