Tutorial letter not confirming

Hi, I was trying to complete the tutorial, when I came across this possible bug. I cannot confirm the letter in the 7th chapter of the tutorial. I have logged out and logged back in again, I have restarted my computer multiple times to no avail. I have linked the image of my problem here.

I have the same problem. It wont work for me either. So I guess I cant play till this is fixed. =[
