Anljn
I am a Kungfu Master lvl 43 gold rank in PVP and in my honest opinion the pvp is broken. Too many over powered class compare to Kungfu Master class. First of all it's the Summoner, I literally have no chance. First they root me and then this damn cat, even when I got the cat I'm now way too low on HP to continue the fight. Second it's the Force Master, with all the stuns I can't even get close. Kungfu Master lacks of skills that can escape is a huge disadvantage Third, the Blade Dancer and Destroyer, I met some people who just literally spam that damn spin skills that has like 1 second of cooldown. Not only they can resist my knockdown skill, but also when I finally knocked them down they have the skill to escape my grapple too. Finally the Assassin, I got tired playing as a Kungfu Master and losing to these classes because of all the reasons I just listed. I logged into my level 19 Assassin to PVP several matches and destroy a level 37 Blade Dancer, lvl 40 Assassin and another Destroyer I forgot his level but I still lost to a Summoner. That's when I realized the PVP system is really broken that I lost interests in Blade and Soul PVP. I'm saying this not because I suck at PVP or anything, I'm saying this because you can see if I wanted to be undefeated and have an easy life I would have gone with my Assassin and just cap the level. I'm saying this because the classes skills are really broken, that I just lose interests in it. I don't even know how I got to gold rank as a Kungfu Master with a broken system but I did. Maybe because I rarely lose against Blade Masters and Kungfu Masters like myself. But I may drop down to silver again if I continue to duel against all the classes I mentioned. So in conclusion I'm not saying this because I want my Kungfu Master to be buffed up or anything, I just want the classes skills to be balanced that's all. I hope you get my point. P/S: Or if you think I'm just a noob that cries at every classes that I lost to, then again it's your opinion I could careless. I already lost interests in PVP now I'm just trying to cap the lvl 45 for my two characters and finish all the main quests.
KashraFall
Hoppin aboard the train of can't stand blade dancers and summoners. Summoners cat HP should either be severely reduced or just not allow the summoner to pvp at all. Makes no sense to have that cat on your ass the entire time. Yes, I've learned to deal with it, no, it isn't fun. Blade dancers. I guess I need more practice vs this class. I dunno when their immune and when their not, but it seems like they are about 90% of the time. Silly class for silly people.
Kutsuu
IMO the issue here is expectations more than anything. You, just like most of us here, are probably a MMO gamer who has played other MMO games. When you play Blade and Soul in PVE, it generally feels like any other MMO, especially before the combat system starts to get complex. You gather up monsters and pummel them with whatever combo of skills you like to do in PVE and you find yourself quite skilled in being able to kill them without taking damage. Now you hop into PVP, knowing that all you need to do is adapt your PVE skills to PVP - maybe 3-4 hours tops before you are pwning noobs left and right, because that's how it was in the other games. That's where things go wrong... You find yourself getting absolutely blasted by all these super overpowered classes that are 2v1ing you and resisting everything you do, and to boot they're breaking out of all your combos. You remember those other games with broken classes and before long... "Woe is me, the terrible imbalance! I'm top notch, but these OP classes are just perfecting me because they are OP!" However, this game really isn't like those other MMOs where PVP is concerned. It's more like a fighting game in that regard (I say *like* because it's definitely not a fighting game) because it takes a great deal of knowledge and practice to simply be PROFICIENT - much less top tier. If you're willing to be open minded, you may find yourself enjoying the game more if you realign your expectations. Especially on KFM, which is a difficult class to master in PVP, you should be losing a ton of matches. Especially against classes that you don't completely understand. Please don't assume that because you achieved gold, you have a firm grasp on things. One example of this is your complaint about FMs - KFM is actually one of the stronger classes when matched up against FM. If you learn their moves and how to handle them, you'll find it's a match up where you can have some confidence in most cases. None of this is to say that the game is perfectly balanced right now - with the current skill point cap and no HM skills some classes *are* stronger and some are weaker. However, that imbalance is not like the rock/paper/scissors or bazooka vs cap gun you experienced in other games... Much of it lies in the relatively difficulty to become proficient, and it's amplified in cases where a relatively strong class is a good counter to a relatively weak class. KFM is in a pretty good spot in strength - one of the top contenders - but is simply difficult to perform well on. Read and/or watch match up guides that will help you with each individual matchup, be patient, and practice is my advice.
Asildriez
Why is it so hard to understand that if someone beats you it is because they are better than you and not that their class is unbalanced. Anyone who has done a decent amount of pvp and isn't a self centered git understands when they just got outplayed. Any class can beat any class learn the matchups and get better at executing. Every damn post on these forums is OMG THIS CLASS KILLED ME ITS BROKEN PLS NERF NVM I QUIT.
Chewma
This is why We can't have good games in NA. People CONTINUE to relate these games to the modern MMO. First thing I read before I already wanted to throw my IPad was you are playing a Kung fu master. Literally like the hardest mofo to play. But possibly has some of the best counter measures and escapes in the game. When you said lack of escape...his counters are his escape. one again people compare character levels assuming if both characters were the same they should be equal. Again another assumption and comparing to the normal MMO. Every and I REPEAT. Every class can win against the other class. Some classes are harder and others are easier. You can't follow that traditional "one build wins all" Even my summoner has different skill trees I use.

Anljn, if you struggle with FM as a KFM then that is an issue with your play. FM is weak in our current patch, and KFM have plenty of low cooldown resist skills they can use to dodge FM spells, ontop of their constant counter skill. FM's only stun is their "3" glacial beam and their "1" impact on a frozen target, other option they have is daze with dragonchar. Now glacial beam have over 30sec cooldown, and dragonchar daze got 18sec cooldown. Which leaves their only somewhat frequent method of stun as impact, which requires that you are frozen, which as a KFM you have plenty of tools to avoid in most cases. Between your Q/E/SS alone you have A LOT of resist time, and if they hit you during those you also get to pickup a dangerous evade buff. And you can ALWAYS spam counter to block their frost palms, which is an FM's primary method of applying chill (and at 3 stacks get you frozen). Currently FM's are both the weakest(in our patch), and most difficult class to get good with in PvP, having a harsher learning curve than even KFM's, at least according to people like jaesung who plays both classes at the highest skill levels. ConfusedNerd
I am just gona skip over reading most of that but... KFM complaining woot ? KFM is like the best class to go against anything, if you play it right you wont loose to anything. With that said you got to keep practicing, this game is not about the class you pick, its about how you play it.
