[FIXED] Game Crashing Before Even Starting

I used to be able to play this game fine for about a week. I took a break from playing the game for around 3 or 4 days, and when I decided to log on again,  there was an update to install on the launcher. I installed the update, and since, have not been able to even launch the game. I have a Razer Blackwidow Chroma Tournament Edition, and am aware of the problems that arise due to the Razer Software of this keyboard. Before when the game was working fine, I've searched through the forums already and took the necessary steps to solve the keyboard problems, and made sure that my current problem isn't due to myself not following the keyboard instructions. At the moment, I can start up the launcher and log in and everything and click the play now button. After that, the Game Guard pops up as well as the game emblem. About 30 seconds later, the game crashes. I've already tried repairing the game from the launcher as well as uninstalling the game and deleting all NCSOFT files from my Program Files (x86). On reinstallment, however, the game still crashes on launch. Attached is a screenshot of what happens when I start up the game... any suggestions or am I doing something wrong?

 

 

Edit: Found the problem. Apparently I had Razer Chroma SDK Service disabled and it needs to be enabled in order to start the game. Just go to services and turn Razer Chroma SDK Service back on and the game should start.

Having the same problem. I've tried turning off Razer programs, keeping them on, a mix of both. Nothing is working, going on about day 2-3 of this. Pretty sure next time I uninstall it will be for good.

Happened to me just moments ago for the first time. Ill check here to see if a fix shows up.

 

EDIT: Was able to fix it by logging in to a new account. This fixed it for my main account.
