Is it possible to edit your character's appearence later in the game?

You can but you have to buy it for nc or hongmoon coins. Basically real money

I don't remember i bought it earlier think you have to buy 1.6k coins for 20 euro

You can also sell gold on the exchange and buy the alteration voucher from the hongmoon tab in the store costing you only in-game currency.
