Healing Tonic Problem

Dear Soul&Blade please help and fix this, i use my second character slot but the same did happen to my new Account 

its appear after go to dungeon prove kill some dummy after that tell me to drink Healing Tonic but the Potion didnt even show up in my inventory and i try to press 6 but still didnt happen anything

 

please fix it immidiately maybe because of the same IP so an error did twice to my Primar Account and Second Account
