Server lag higher than usual?

I've seen 1 or 2 threads about server lag being unbearable (which it is, i can barely get abilities off in Poh24) and it is going unnoticed by the dev's.

 

So I'm making this thread for everyone to state their case, and hopefully the devs will listen and help us out. It seems like with each passing day the lag gets worse and worse.

 

I am on Windrest, and faction pvp is almost impossible to do against lower ping opponents. I am situated in South Africa, and i do expect to have some delay, but 2 seconds (2k ms) is not right.
