Game is constantly CRASHING

Just after todays update i got 3 crashes today. totaly random crashes while on arena, doing quests and what not. Does anyone has the same problems ? Its not razer software related as i dont use razer

I have the same problem after i updated the game. It even crashes as i make a new character or when i just play normally.

you're just waiting your time my friend this forum sucks no one is answer the problems i keep writing and writin and no one is answering

and yes i have the same problems and worst :

1- i need to login like 6 times just to make it ( keeps telling me login failed ) and when i make it i get the pin and after that they say server down to maintenance ( a lie ) becausee my friends are playing at same time

2 - i got the 0e2009 and 0e1005 all the times

Yah I still cant play the game either. Its been crashing every ten minutes all week. No response or help from devs other then saying " optimization is an ongoing process"  Its a bummer because I just got a paycheck that Id love to drop some of in the NC store but Its not going to happen because I cant play the game.

I dont get how i was able to play the entire day yesterday then without getting any crashes. It is only after today's patch it started happening

Yeah, I'm pretty frustrated personally since I've dropped around or over $200 on this game and haven't been able to play it since update 15 came out. Like, what the actual *cricket*? My premium is going to waste and everything else. Not to mention I've tried every "fix" and "work around" there is which haven't done jack shit.

 

I don't understand how you take a game from Beta that was working pretty solidly with minor issues to a gigantic shit fest after official launch and NC Soft does this with EVERY GAME THEY MAKE.

Plus to add to this and for anyone wondering, you might as well just prepare yourself and expect it to take them about a month at least if not longer to actually get this bullshit fixed properly.

killing my prem time =/ wasted 2 exp foods  as well since they expire off line as well as if your online

cpu intel i3-3220,8gb ram,no gpu,windows 10. but the game hasn't done this before has been running smoothly.

Well, your specs are really under the recommended, the game is probably crashing when you are near a lot of players, try lowering down your graphics and resolution, if it's hard to see in that small window try putting your resolution desktop at 800x600 (or lower) and then you put your game on fullscreen.

I have a brand new Asus Gaming desktop and I have the same problem.  No Razer software.

Intel i5-4460, 3.2Ghs, 8GB ram, Nvidia GeForce GTX 750

I have other games on their highest graphics settings and they don't lag or crash.  I don't get it.  Soooo frustrating!

Yea. Have about the same problem. I get the crashes at the cross server dungeans at tomb of exile.Today started this problem.I make a run and ALWAYS at the second run it crashes when the loading screen for the dungean entrence begins.Restarting the game and the same: one run its perfect..second crash . Its really annoying! ! !
