NO PLAYER CHARACTER OR NPC NAMES/DIALOG IS BEING SHOWN

Can anyone help me with this or is anyone else going through this because its really annoying and making the game impossible to play! Ive tried reinstalling the game and tried to change the settings but it doesnt work!

My boyfriend have that problem with not seeing any Nps or they're names please make this problem B&N team repair this problem cause I want to play with him that game I really like the game and want to play with him so Please repair that problem and repair the problem with FPS lag too.
