I purchases 2 800 ncoin and I saw I got charged but i never got them in game yet please help me!

If you check your email(the one your account is linked to) you should see an email confirming your purchase and saying that the order is pending and should pass in the next 12 hours. 

 

So give it a few more hours and you should have everything.
