Make sure you have your escapes all plugged in on your skill try. Also make sure to have all your Dazes/Stuns specced in as well on all your main charge/pulling skills. 
In my experience, you spin after they spin. You Z after they Z. This way, you have a small window once their anti-cc window drops, you can go in with charge/grip/vacuum and hopefully get a combo in. I usually always try to grip first after an aerial to get rid of their escape. If so, next combo is always followed by draw stance combo for huge burst dps.
In this fight, I feel it's a test of patience and more skill based, as it's a mirror match.
