Mouse coming off screen

anyway to fix this annoying crap?!?!?! mouse constantly moves to second monitor in fullscreen, in window mode, in whatever. its getting annoying as sht. screws up pvp screws up dungeon screwups up just turning around and its pissing me the fk off
