New RNG Box in Shop!

I'll give my opinion, I don't mind rng boxes being sold,

I personally don't like them because my rng is horrible, so I won't buy any.

I'm sad that a costume I really want is stuck behind a real money rng box, but it's not gonna stop me from playing the game.

I'd more more inclined in buying an rng box if stuff in it like brilliant keys were account bound instead of untradeable.

I already have like 3 of each keys on my main and can't use them because I already got what I needed.

EDIT: Also I wish you could buy rng boxes with hongmoon coins..

They put there because even though most lottery give you a tiny chance of getting something there is always those who gonna pay tons of money to get something and then complain that it cost them tons of money to get the thing they want. All games got those. It's like going to casino and expecting to end up rich.Sure sometimes 1 person get lucky but most  end up on loosing side but u always got people expecting that it's gonna be their lucky night.

It's just a grind like anything else in this game. Why rage about the RNG on this when we spend 3+ hours on the RNG of a dungeon? This is an RNG based game. Some people have tons of money and like dropping it all on the cash shop. Some people buy every cosmetic in a game just for the prestige of being able to change their aesthetic 5 times a day and let everyone see their "exclusive" cash shop stuff. Some people will LOVE to buy a pack of these once per paycheck and eventually get the coat and know how exclusive it is. What's the big deal?

If it was a gacha that had some kind of REQUIRED item, like a quest item or something, that'd be f'ed up. What's the issue with having a cosmetic item people might want to grind for? Is there really such a SHORTAGE of outfits in this game that you have to stroke out about possibly missing one?

Just seems like a huge overreaction to me. It's not even like they're $5 a piece. If it's out of your moral code just be glad it's putting more of those things into the economy for you to buy with gold.

I am so utterly disappointed by this.

I think this is the last straw for me. I started the game fine and dandy. No wardrobe? Cool. No inventory space, ok... Login times.. no way, bought premium for a while.

Fighting Blackwyrm, die at 7% and get stuck dead, cant resurrect or crawl or anything until someone else comes to save me with not enough time to do a relog and dps agian, send ticket- automated response about how its bugged and they know it but don't warn people about the bug and something about a loot bug?? not even what I sent th ticket for but... Ok.

Literally next day, get merry potter design in guild run, use it before I am level 3 and it glitches out my crafting. Send ticket, automated response at first about some rolling for everyone is equal. I reply with what the heckie does that have to do with anything I asked about, then I get something saying I should repair my game files so I do and send the screenshots to show them like they asked... now 4 days later with no response at all.

Now rng boxes with the things I craft to make money in game for real cash? Market is screwed.

But gee wizz I better hop on over and buy them rng boxes with the great customer service I have received and am seeing in this thread I am sure to spend a lot more money here!

Seriously this sucks.

So you guys want a free to play game, but you dont want them to earn money to keep the servers a live...at this point id rather want this game be pay2play, i bet most, if not all the players that complain about this are those who cant afford for it.

I really dont care about costumes that are not even necesary, as long they dont add Stats items in the Cash Shop and make the game pay2win...

It's because we know how this works. They sell RNG boxes make more money and say well let's put all outfits in RNG boxes. Soon enuff you have to buy a box or go without anything.

Pay to Play is way better than gacha boxes. It's a more honest model.

What makes you think this? We're not asking for it to be free we want it for sell, just not in a RNG box.

Being mad about something that hasn't happened yet seems like a waste of energy.

Certainly none of the successful games I know of decided that EVERYTHING in their cash shop should be in gacha boxes. That really seems like an over-dramatization to be honest.

If they put >>some<< outfits in the gacha boxes then those outfits are exclusive and people who want them will buy them. I'm not going to ever spend money on the cash shop outfits at all when so many of the outfits can be gotten through grinding, but I'm not upset that those outfits aren't available to me? I still don't really see the big deal,

RNG scamboxes are among the worst things in MMOs these days. They're predatory, underhanded means of getting around online gambling laws and exploiting gambling addicts who can't resist.

In one word: disgusting.

Now we have overpriced, character-bound cosmetics and scamboxes as well? Doesn't really inspire customer confidence, if any existed previously. All this added together is making me feel like I'd rather not risk getting banned for buying NCoin and having to deal with zombie responses from support that may or may not understand English. Just too many horror stories around for there to be nothing behind it.

cant agree more with u here

also the impact of the items people get out of those boxes is so little ..

there are over 115k Soulstones and 10k transformation stones sold every day in the EU auction house .. a few hundred people getting some more wont kill the market!! prices might change a bit but whatever then daily quests are ur way to make money not crafting!

Well, unfortunately it seems that half of the posts here actually support the game being killed off by this shit

Hilarious. You say they have to make money, yet you're blatantly leeching off the people that actually pay for the servers.

What's hilarious is that not only did I never say "they have to make money," but I pay for premium.

If you're mad but have nothing to say then try cooling down somewhere first.
