Question about feb10 patch

Will this patch bring so new items to upgrade ( from lvl 1 again _ like weapon / ring / neck ? or should i still upgrade my items before patch ?

The upgrades will continue with the next patch, at least that's how it is on the other BnS versions.

 NO next patch brings more content to do, your Hongmoon weapon, ring neck, earrings etc will continue to be your best items and you will continue to upgrade them, eventually in further patches and when your Hongmoon weapon is max upgraded you will be able to turn it into a Pirate Soul which fits into the 'soul' slot on your gear page, you will then get a new weapon which you continue to upgrade and eventually you will end up with a legendary weapon into lvl 50
