Amazing thing to get disconnect,you don't notice it's block

I didn't use any bug or hacks to block me,am just use "Hideme.vpn" because our company removed IvIP6 so we disconnect every 2 minutes i was playing from 4 days ago while i was in "Blight Dungeon i got disconnect"
I got this message "please try again "3744" I didn't notice it's block ,am think it's new update or something like every time
I can't explain what should i say for your service,I will keep create accounts and play "BECAUSE I ENJOY YOUR GAME" 
you gonna block,banned me again ?
i just started today and am using "hideme.vpn" just to give IP6 to access this game,Hope you back my account it's lv 26 thanks.
