Bubupachu Posted February 3, 2016 Share Posted February 3, 2016 So I've looked on this forum and have noticed several other people who either did not receive this quest or somehow managed to abandon it. I've sent in a support ticket about this and have met all the requirements to activate this quest and still nothing but the generic response from NC Soft suppport, Hi there,Thanks for the report.We will forward it to the development team so that they can investigate the issue. However, we will be unable to personally email you about the investigation but any updates will be announced on our website and forums:https://forums.bladeandsoul.com/en/If you have any other details that may help with the investigation or if you have any other concern, please don’t hesitate to contact us again. Basically this has now happened multiple times in several different cases with other people posting and submitting tickets with the exact same response. I understand that this game is packed with issues, but to reach max level and not be able to do end game content is ridiculous and some of these cases date back over 2 weeks ago, the lack of response from NC Soft is disappointing as a customer who not only bought early release, but is also a premium member.
