Crashes on startup after 2/2 patch

Hey guys, 

 

After the patch today I haven't been able to get my game running at all. Pre-patch I had to disable my razer software in-game and it worked 100% fine.

 

Now the game doesn't start up at all and I've found zero solutions.

I can confirm ,before the patch yesterday with disabling the razer software i was able to play,now i have the same crash as above.

Dit not find any sollution and I tried allot ,fix this NCSOFT.
